Fresh from the bench: the custom Gengar NES build.
New photos of the purple custom build. The all-in-one Gengar topper print files are $20; no physical lid is for sale.
The custom Gengar NES build is taking shape. These new photos show the purple printed lid on the console, with its red eyes, white teeth, and green insert visible through the front opening. The gallery includes a front angle, a closer look at the face, and a view of the rear details.
This is a real work-in-progress print. Layer lines and finishing work are still visible, and the photos document the current build rather than a finished production unit. Physical testing of the NES project is already underway. The revised connector boards are due for assembly after they arrive, with final tests pending. I’ll share those results as the work moves forward.
The finished Gengar lid will not be sold. The all-in-one decorative topper print files are available for $20, plus applicable tax. The download uses the combined model printed successfully in rainbow, with a purple body, white teeth, and red eyes assigned in the editable color project. It includes an STL, editable 3MF, and printing notes—not a set of loose eye and tooth pieces. Slice it for your own printer and review supports and color changes before printing. The structural NES deck shown in the photos is not included. Find the listing in Print Files at https://www.thejesterwins.com/shop/gengar-all-in-one/.
The lid and console pictured here are a separate custom build. Neither is included in the NES connector kit preorder, which contains an assembled connector board and printed tray. Use the Preorder tab for the kit details; visit the gallery below to see all three new photos.
